Today, Ghana's spending on education hovers around 30 percent of its annual budget and even reaches 40 percent in some years. But, the dollars aren't allocated equally throughout the country. Bright children with great promise in our host community lack basic school supplies and textbooks in most schools.

But you can help! The cost is so small, but the potential is so great when you invest in a classroom of Ghanaian students. Your tax-deductible contribution of $42 per month supplements meager government funding, and helps equip a classroom with sufficient books, pencils, pens, chalk, paper and teacher supplies to meet basic needs.

Here's How it Works: Each year, for the cost of just one small take-out pizza per week, or a monthly dinner for two, you can provide the direct support needed to secure the educational materials for elementary and middle school students. What's more, you can support the classroom each year until the students complete their education. When you renew your sponsorship, you'll learn about the students' growth and development along with changes in the host community.
