Your Jamaica Team Leader

While most Global Volunteers service programs are managed by on-site staff who live in the communities we serve, your Jamaica team will be led by a trained volunteer or Global Volunteers staff member who will travel to and from the host community with the volunteer team.

All our team leaders are trained and experienced in managing diverse groups of people, and many have led teams to various program locations. In fact, some have managed 20 or more Global Volunteers service programs around the world! In addition, they have all completed our intensive team-leader training seminar. Further, all our team leaders are evaluated by the volunteers on each program, and must achieve an established level of performance in order to continue leading Global Volunteers teams.
